Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the 22nbajee platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Acceptance is deemed to occur at the earliest of the following events:

• Completing the 22nbajee account registration process and clicking the confirmation checkbox;
• Making your first deposit or placing your first wager on the platform;
• Continuing to access or use the platform after a notification of changes to these Terms has been published.

If you are accessing 22nbajee on behalf of a corporate entity or third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. However, corporate or third-party registrations are not permitted without prior written approval from 22nbajee.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other policy document, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of 22nbajee's services — including real-money deposits, wagering, and withdrawals — you must complete the registration process and pass identity verification. The registration process requires you to provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and the mobile wallet number you intend to use for transactions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 22nbajee strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to add an additional layer of security against unauthorised access. You must notify 22nbajee immediately at support@22nbajee if you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.

• Accurate Information: All information submitted during registration and at any subsequent point must be truthful, current, and accurate. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.
• KYC Documents: 22nbajee may request KYC documentation at any time, including prior to processing withdrawal requests, when a significant change in account activity is detected, or on a random compliance basis. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Security: You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. 22nbajee will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security practices.
• Name Matching: The name on your 22nbajee account must match the name on your registered bKash, Nagad, or bank account. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as the 22nbajee account.
• Contact Details: You must keep your registered email address and phone number current. Important account notifications, including security alerts and withdrawal confirmations, are sent to these contact points.

22nbajee reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. This is a standard player protection measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player. Verification is typically completed within 48 hours of document submission during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours.

Bonuses & Promotions

22nbajee offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins awards, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual offer.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total amount that must be staked before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on the promotion page. Failure to satisfy the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in cancellation of all but the most recently activated offer.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager towards the requirement. Live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%) or may not contribute at all, depending on the specific offer terms. • Minimum Qualifying Deposit: Welcome bonuses and certain reload offers require a minimum qualifying deposit of ৳500 to activate. Deposits made before opting into a promotion are not retroactively eligible.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per spin or round is ৳500 (or the equivalent in game currency). Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Abuse Prevention: 22nbajee actively monitors bonus usage for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: staking patterns that constitute low-risk wagering designed solely to fulfil requirements without meaningful risk; coordinated multi-account bonus claiming; and exploitation of promotional errors. Accounts found to be abusing bonus offers will have bonuses voided and may be restricted from future promotional eligibility.
• Promotional Changes: 22nbajee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any changes do not retroactively affect bonus funds already awarded and in the process of being wagered.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

The following tools and policies are in place to support healthy gaming habits across the 22nbajee player community in Bangladesh.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Once a limit is reduced, the change takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period before the higher limit becomes active.

During self-exclusion, all promotional materials will be suspended.
• 18+ Enforcement: Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. 22nbajee implements automated age verification at registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to restrict access to gambling sites by minors.

Account Suspension & Closure

22nbajee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms: Any material breach of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct described in Section 9, will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation and potential permanent closure.
• Failed KYC Verification: Accounts where the player fails to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation within the timeframe requested by 22nbajee will be suspended until verification is completed. Accounts that remain unverified after 30 days may be permanently closed and any deposited real-money balance returned to the originating payment method.
• Fraudulent Activity: Any account associated with suspected fraud, payment chargebacks, stolen payment credentials, or money laundering will be immediately suspended and referred to the relevant authorities. Balances associated with fraudulent activity will be frozen pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings.
• Player-Requested Closure: Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may submit a closure request to support@22nbajee. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (above the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳1,000) will be returned to the player's registered payment method after satisfactory KYC verification. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
• Inactivity: Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are considered dormant. 22nbajee will attempt to notify the registered email address before applying an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month to the account balance to cover administrative costs. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
• Regulatory Requirement: In the event that 22nbajee is required by applicable law, regulation, or court order to suspend or close an account, it will do so immediately and will comply with any associated legal obligations regarding the handling of account balances.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, 22nbajee is not obligated to return any bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, or real-money funds that were obtained through prohibited conduct. Real-money deposits not associated with prohibited activity will be returned to the originating payment method after the completion of any investigation, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Players who disagree with an account suspension or closure decision may submit a formal dispute to support@22nbajee with the subject line "Account Dispute — [Your Username]". 22nbajee will acknowledge the dispute within 48 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 10 Bangladesh Standard Time business days.

Amendments to These Terms

22nbajee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to: updates to our product offering, changes in applicable law or regulatory guidance, improvements to player protection measures, or adjustments to our payment processing arrangements.

When material changes are made to these Terms, 22nbajee will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. The updated Terms will take effect 7 days after the notification is sent, except where immediate effect is required by law or to address a security or fraud concern, in which case changes take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the 22nbajee platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance in accordance with the procedures described in Section 10.

The version of the Terms in effect at the time you place a wager governs the resolution of any dispute arising from that wager. Previous versions of these Terms are archived and available upon request by contacting support@22nbajee.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 22nbajee with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
