These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 22nbajee platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, payment services, bonuses, and account features available to players in Bangladesh. Please read this document carefully before registering or placing any wager.

Acceptance of Terms
Your access to and use of the 22nbajee platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Acceptance is deemed to occur at the earliest of the following events:

Account Registration & Verification

Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
- Account Security: You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. 22nbajee will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security practices.
- Name Matching: The name on your 22nbajee account must match the name on your registered bKash, Nagad, or bank account. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as the 22nbajee account.
- Contact Details: You must keep your registered email address and phone number current. Important account notifications, including security alerts and withdrawal confirmations, are sent to these contact points.
22nbajee reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

5.1 Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps.
- Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your 22nbajee balance instantly upon confirmation of the mobile wallet OTP verification step.
- Bank transfer deposits may take up to one Bangladesh Standard Time business day to be reflected in your account balance.
- 22nbajee does not charge any platform fees on deposits. Any fees levied by your mobile wallet provider or bank are outside 22nbajee's control and will be deducted by that provider independently.
- Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of the deposit pending investigation.
- 22nbajee reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before crediting any deposit to your account.
5.2 Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to name-matching verification as described in Section 4.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is one to four hours for bKash and Nagad requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next business window.
- Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two Bangladesh Standard Time business days to reach your nominated account.
- Prior to processing any withdrawal, 22nbajee may require satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Where KYC documentation has been previously verified and remains current, withdrawals are processed without additional documentation requests.
- Withdrawals will only be processed from a balance that comprises real-money funds. Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — only the real-money winnings generated from completing wagering requirements on bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.
No Hidden Fees: 22nbajee does not apply platform-side processing fees to deposits or withdrawals. The amount you request to withdraw is the amount delivered to your bKash or Nagad wallet, subject only to any fees your mobile wallet provider independently charges for incoming transfers — which are typically zero for standard wallet-to-wallet receipts in Bangladesh.
Bonuses & Promotions

Account Suspension & Closure
22nbajee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of Terms: Any material breach of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct described in Section 9, will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation and potential permanent closure.
- Failed KYC Verification: Accounts where the player fails to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation within the timeframe requested by 22nbajee will be suspended until verification is completed. Accounts that remain unverified after 30 days may be permanently closed and any deposited real-money balance returned to the originating payment method.
- Fraudulent Activity: Any account associated with suspected fraud, payment chargebacks, stolen payment credentials, or money laundering will be immediately suspended and referred to the relevant authorities. Balances associated with fraudulent activity will be frozen pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings.
- Player-Requested Closure: Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may submit a closure request to support@22nbajee. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (above the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳1,000) will be returned to the player's registered payment method after satisfactory KYC verification. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
- Inactivity: Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are considered dormant. 22nbajee will attempt to notify the registered email address before applying an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month to the account balance to cover administrative costs. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
- Regulatory Requirement: In the event that 22nbajee is required by applicable law, regulation, or court order to suspend or close an account, it will do so immediately and will comply with any associated legal obligations regarding the handling of account balances.
Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, 22nbajee is not obligated to return any bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, or real-money funds that were obtained through prohibited conduct. Real-money deposits not associated with prohibited activity will be returned to the originating payment method after the completion of any investigation, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Players who disagree with an account suspension or closure decision may submit a formal dispute to support@22nbajee with the subject line "Account Dispute — [Your Username]". 22nbajee will acknowledge the dispute within 48 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 10 Bangladesh Standard Time business days.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 22nbajee, its directors, employees, agents, technology partners, and payment processing partners shall not be liable to any player for any of the following categories of loss or damage:
- Loss of Winnings: Any loss of anticipated winnings, profits, or bonus awards arising from account suspension, game void decisions, technical malfunctions, or the application of these Terms.
- Indirect or Consequential Loss: Any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the 22nbajee platform, regardless of whether 22nbajee has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
- Service Interruption: Any loss arising from temporary or prolonged unavailability of the 22nbajee platform due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, server outages, distributed denial-of-service attacks, or any other event outside 22nbajee's reasonable control.
- Third-Party Payment Delays: Any loss arising from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal delivery caused by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank transfer intermediary outside 22nbajee's direct operational control.
- Player Device Issues: Any loss arising from connectivity failures, browser incompatibilities, mobile device malfunctions, or power outages on the player's end that interrupt a game session or bet placement.
- Incorrect Information: Any loss arising from a player's reliance on information published on the platform that was subsequently found to contain an error, provided that 22nbajee acts promptly to correct identified errors upon discovery.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 22nbajee's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Where 22nbajee is found to be liable to a player under any circumstances not excluded above, the total aggregate liability of 22nbajee to that player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 22nbajee account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
Plain English Summary: 22nbajee is not responsible for losses caused by technical faults beyond its control, third-party payment delays, or your own device or connectivity issues. Where we are responsible, our liability is capped at your last 30 days of deposits. This does not affect your basic consumer rights.
Amendments to These Terms
22nbajee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to: updates to our product offering, changes in applicable law or regulatory guidance, improvements to player protection measures, or adjustments to our payment processing arrangements.

Your continued use of the 22nbajee platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance in accordance with the procedures described in Section 10.
